• 5. Provide your complete legal name and an electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false claim regarding material or activity being infringing may be subject to legal liability.

If you believe that your content was taken down (or access was restricted) and is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s representative, or under the law, to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or access that was disabled and where the content was located prior to its removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material; and
• 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, alongside a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and confirming that you will accept service from the individual who provided the initial notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or halt the disabling of it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder initiates court action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate, under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is repeat infringement.
